3-4 Year Electrical Apprentices

Required Qualifications:

  • Must be willing to learn
  • Must be physically capable of lifting, pushing, and pulling 50lbs.
  • Must dress in accordance with OSHA standards
  • Must possess electrician apprentice required tools
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
  • Must possess a High School Diploma or GED equivalency
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation
  • Full time hours with overtime if required
  • Must be willing to attend Electrical schooling and carry a passing grade
  • Must provide affidavit of hours from former employment

Salary: $24.00- $28.75 per Hour

Journeyman Responsibilities:

  • Assembling, evaluating, testing, and maintaining electrical wiring, equipment, and assemblies.
  • Troubleshooting and repairing malfunctioning equipment.
  • Constructing and fabricating using hand tools and specifications.
  • Reading and interpreting electrical blueprints, diagrams, and schematics.
  • Advising management on material and tool requirements.
  • Leading smaller crews within large projects.

Journeyman Requirements:

  • Active Colorado Journeyman’s license.
  • Completion of an electrical apprenticeship.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Adept in commercial and/or industrial projects

Salary: $32.00-$38.00/hour

Required Qualifications:

  • Must hold a Colorado JW or Master’s License
  • Must have experience in large scale commercial projects
  • Must be proficient in Bluebeam and Microsoft Office
  • Must possess leadership qualities
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
  • Must possess a High School Diploma or GED equivalency
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation

Project Manager


Project Manager Overview:
The role of Project Manager is to manage awarded projects from start to finish. Ensure construction projects are completed on time, on budget, with safety and quality always in the forefront. Project Manager position must be organized, comfortable with communicating with a variety of people, able to multi-task, be a proactive problem solver, and must be able to lead with integrity while under minimal supervision. This position will juggle multiple projects in different phases in their construction concurrently. The project manager must be fluent in large scale commercial construction.
Responsibilities:
  • Review Proposals, Bid Documents, Drawings, Specifications and Scope of Work Awarded
  • Review Submittals and Permit Applications
  • Initiate and track vendors and subcontractors
  • Allocate manpower schedule
  • Work Closely with Field Super and Project Coordinator and assign tasks
  • Coordinate schedules with Superintendent, GC and Subcontractors and Procurement
  • Review all changes in scope for financial and schedule changes
  • Maintain and strive to increase Gross Margin
  • Create, submit and track change orders
  • Generate and maintain RFI logs
  • Maintain a professional relationship with GCs’ vendors and other Subcontractors
  • Submit specific material requests for quotes to compare, negotiate pricing and submit to AP
  • Liaison to the field regarding materials, change orders, subcontractors, safety and GC issues
  • Search for prospective vendors for specialty items and materials
  • Follow up on pending change orders and punch list items
  • Assist Project Coordinator with required O&M documents
Required Qualifications:
  • Resume with cover letter and at least three professional references
  • Active Colorado Electrical License
  • Experience working on large scale electrical contracts
  • Strong communication skills through both email and phone correspondence
  • Proficient in Bluebeam and Microsoft Office Applications and Accubid
  • Ability to think critically and creatively regarding project complications
  • Strong record of employment stability
Salary: $80,000 - $95,000 per year
