Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Electrical Project Manager. The Electrical Project Manager will be responsible for managing electrical projects from beginning to end. This includes managing budgets, coordinating with employees and subcontractors, and ensuring that all work is completed on time and within budget.

  • Responsible for the Safety and Field labor on assigned project $3.5M - $15M
  • Review and plan appropriate material procurement for assigned project.
  • Complete layout of electrical distribution, power, lighting, and all special systems for your assigned project.
  • Review project schedule daily and not any delays, changes, or deficiencies to project management team.
  • Lead by example in a professional workmanlike manor, represent the company professionally to GC, and challenge all employees to achieve excellence.

Required Qualifications:
  • Must hold a Colorado JW or Master’s License
  • Must have experience in large scale commercial projects.
  • Must be proficient in Bluebeam and Microsoft Office
  • Must possess leadership qualities.
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
  • Must possess a High School Diploma or GED equivalency.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.
  • Must be able to work full-time and overtime if required.
  • Supervises 2 or more supervisors with total responsibility with up to 50 employees on one or multiple projects on single site.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and application of Field Superintendent duties, responsibilities and expectations as applies to size and type of construction project.
