Adam’s journey started as an IECRM Graduate where he went on to do his apprenticeship with Colorado’s top Electrical Contractors. For 10 years, he was an Electrical Journeyman Superintendent in the Denver market. After many years in the field, Adam fulfilled his dreams of opening Exceed Electrical Contracting, founded in 2016. Adam is the president of Exceed and oversees all departments by setting department goals and implementing proper procedures. He appoints department heads and works with the senior managers to promote growth and policies. Adam directs and oversees budgets and financials, along with negotiating contracts and revenue. Adam is always looking for ways to identify areas of company improvement and analyzes historical data to streamline industry success.
Aaron Nunez started his electrical career in El Paso, Texas back in 2007 working with his father’s electrical contracting company. He quickly achieved his personal goals and obtained his New Mexico and Texas Journeyman Licenses. He received his Texas Master Electrician License quickly after. After receiving his licenses, he moved to Colorado with his wife to further their careers. Aaron met the president of Exceed, Adam, back in January of 2018. He was offered a position with Exceed and began completing tenant improvements all over the Denver Metro area, and training new supervisors in the field. By 2020 Aaron was promoted to a General Foreman. In 2022, Aaron was promoted to Service Manager, and plans on growing the department and bringing electrical service and customer satisfaction to all we serve in the Denver Metro area and Colorado Springs area.
After his Honorable Discharge from the U.S. Army’s 82nd Airborne Division, Tyler attended the IECRM apprenticeship program. He started his electrical career with Exceed, as an apprentice in October of 2018. After two years in the field, Tyler was promoted to a newly created Exceed position, Purchasing/Warehouse Manager, in October of 2020. Starting from the ground up Tyler implemented purchasing processes, asset management programs, cost savings strategies, and continued relationship development with vendors. In October of 2022, Tyler was promoted to Manager of Administration & Finance. He has the responsibility for the strategic planning and management of budgets to achieve the company’s fiscal goals, along with overseeing the administration department. Tyler is always giving his administration team the resources necessary to be effective.
With 17 years of experience in the commercial electrical industry, Nathan oversees daily field operations as well as the project management team. He supports growth for Exceed by developing and executing new growth directives, manages procurement and resource allocation, and implements and carries out operational policies and guidelines to support Exceed customers and promote continued growth with Exceed’s goals.
Eddie has been in the Electrical industry for the past 25yrs, starting as an apprentice in 1997. After completing his apprenticeship Eddie has gone on to hold the titles of Journeyman, Foreman, Estimator, Senior Engineering Technician, and Preconstruction Manager for Exceed Electric. Eddie has performed all levels of work including Commercial, Solar, Industrial, and Controls. His duties now consist of management of the estimating and sales department. As Preconstruction Manager, he is responsible for revenue and implementation of design build activities pertaining to consultants, subcontractor partners, and clients. Eddie keeps project leadership informed as to all open or unresolved design issues and tracks design and cost changes during the development of a project design and implementation. Eddie is always looking to develop new relationships in the industry to build a strong and vibrant customer base for Exceed Electric.
