Contributing to the Betterment of Our Community

Exceed’s culture emphasizes community outreach and individual development. It is imperative to us that we contribute to the community in which we belong. Exceed actively invests in the future leaders of our community by supporting organizations that promote education and employment. Additionally, we partner with Adams County Workforce Center to provide our apprentices with the additional resources they need to succeed. Each year, we also extend our support to a diverse range of community organizations.

Some of the Organizations we Sponsor:

Teaching the Autism Community Trades (TACT) – TACT aims to promote education and employment in skilled trades for individuals with autism. Their core values are inclusion, integrity, respect, grace, discipline, and empowerment.

The Master’s Apprentice Program – This program is a faith-based organization that offers a career path in the skilled trades for young adults and helps meet the demand for skilled workers in the construction industry.

Independent Electrical Contractors Rocky Mountain (IECRM) – IECRM provides necessary electrical industry training for licensure and offers support and services to advance the industry.
