Warren Residence

Exceed is proud to have contributed to the historic renovation project at Saint Francis Warren residences. The project included intricate refurbishment and reinstallation of the original sanctuary lighting fixtures. Additionally, new power and lighting installations were carried out throughout the building, transforming this landmark church into a transitional housing facility. Inside, the sanctuary has been converted into a community kitchen, with dorm-style rooms offering 48 transitional units for those experiencing homelessness. Residents at the Warren Residence pay 30% of their income in rent and are welcome to stay as long as they need. The city is also planning to develop five more transitional facilities in the coming years.
